He is a senior network engineering consultant, certified PMP®, CSM®, and ITIL® V3, with a B.Tech from Bharat Institute of Technology, Meerut / AKTU.

His work is named ownership under constraint: risk, change, handover, and a date that has to land. That is the operating discipline he brings to iTaskU. A job is not done because it was messaged. It is done when To completes, declines with a reason, or requests a new date — and the trail keeps the record.

Umang is a quality engineering lead with 14+ years in test strategy, automation, and release readiness. He is QA Lead at Solveda, where he owns QA across concurrent e-commerce and insurance programmes and has led a team of eight engineers. Before that he was Tech Lead — Testing at PeopleStrong, on enterprise HRMS products.

His record is concrete: fewer critical production defects, shift-left releases, Selenium BDD automation, API testing, and CI/CD. He is applying AI-assisted testing — Claude and OpenAI foundations — to how quality is built. On iTaskU, the trail is the quality system.
